I'm a criminal defense attorney advocating for the rights of those accused of crimes throughout Central Florida. My prior experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County has given me insight into how the prosecution will view the case and relationships to facilitate the negotiation of plea agreements that are beneficial to my clients. Each crime is made up of elements and the government must prove each of these elements beyond a reasonable doubt to convict you of the crime charged. If even one element is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt at trial, the jury must return an acquittal.
